Please send us a message at our Facebook page here if you'd like to cancel your order. There is no restriction with regards to cancellation as we'd like our shoppers to have the best choices available.

To update you regarding the status of your order, we send out various SMS updates once your order is under production, ready for shipping/delivery, and when item is shipped out.


Please be advised that your tracking number will usually be sent on the 6th business day after the payment of your order has been validated.

Kindly note that the processing time for Metro Manila orders is 6-10 business days and 10-13 business days for provincial areas. Should your order fail to reach you by the end of the last processing day, please let us know via: http://fb.com/shirtlyPH so our customer support team may assist you.

1. How do i track my order?

Because the items you purchased are made-to-order, we do not hold stocks. The Shirt.ly team has to produce your order from scratch right from procuring the raw material cut for your size to selecting the vinyl colours for the design you fancied up until having it delivered to your address.


That means we do not have an existing store from which we can pick out the items you ordered as compared to regular stores. Production for orders only begin once an order has been validated.


Because of this set-up, we encourage our shoppers to double check the sizes upon checkout. Although returns and exchanges are possible even after production, there are certain limitations for it to happen precisely because items are made-to-order.

The processing time of your order will take 6-10 business days for Metro Manila and 10-13 for provincial deliveries. Processing time for orders begins once payment is validated. Please take note that business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer meet-ups because shirts are only produced once your payment has been validated. We have various payment methods you can choose from though! Please see item # 3 above.

2. How long will i wait for my order?

Please send us an e-mail with your order number and the type of changes you would like to make right away. We cannot guarantee that we can stop the order in time to make the adjustments, but we will try.

You may pay for your order via Cash-On-Delivery if your delivery address is inside the following cities:


Metro Manila: All Cities

Rizal: Antipolo, Cainta, and Taytay

Bulacan: Meycauayan City, Marilao City, and Bocaue City

Laguna: San Pedro, Binan, Sta. Rosa, Cabuyao, Calamba, and Los Banos

Cavite: Bacoor, Imus, Dasmarinas, General Trias City and Trece Martires City


If the delivery address is not within the cities mentioned, you may pay for your order through Dragonpay (7eleven, over-the-counter, bank deposit, online banking, credit card and PayPal). You may find the list of banks and other payment centers that it supports, below. 

Once payment is made, you shall receive an email from DragonPay. Please note that you need to validate the payment through the link provided by DragonPay before we process your order. 

At the moment, our features don't enable cross-purchasing from different shirt.ly stores. If you want to buy several items from different stores, you will have to go through the same process in each store with separate orders for each store.

3. How can I pay for my order?

Among all the shirt types, 100% combed cotton shirts are most used. Its quality is commended by many stores and shoppers alike. 


For shirt brands, we use three:

With Winner Brand being the top-most priority.

7. How long will I wait for my order?

Shipping fees are added on top of your order's total price and are automatically computed upon checkout. Current shipping rate is 99php for both Metro Manila and Provincial orders.

We hope you understand that your items are made-to-order. We can only send you new products for the reasons listed below:


(1) Wrong size delivered


(2) Wrong item delivered


(3) Damaged shirt/Damaged print


If you have encountered any of these, please fill up this form. Please take note that shoppers can only request for Returns and Exchanges within 5 working days upon the delivery of their orders.


For orders within Metro Manila, our partner courier will pick up your item and deliver the new order on the same day at your provided shipping address. For orders outside Metro Manila, please ship the items back at shirt.ly’s warehouse through the shipping courier of your choice. We will refund your shipping fee once you send us the proof of shipping. Upon receiving the item from you, we will immediately process your new item. Please expect it within 6-10 working days.

WASHING


(1) Do not use bleach or fabric softeners. It removes the adhesive and will cause your vinyl to peel off.

(2) The best way to clean your vinyl-printed items is by hand wash. However, if you are using a washing machine, make sure to turn the garment inside out so as not to cause damage on the printed area.


AFTER WASHING


(1) The best way to dry a garment with a heat transfer applique is to hang it on a clothesline. But if you are using a dryer, make sure the item is turned inside out and tumble dry on low heat. This prevents shrinkage and helps to keep your print from fading.

(2) Don’t iron decorated areas! Turn the shirt inside-out when ironing to preserve the print.

*A dedicated in-house fleet of riders are the ones fulfilling Metro Manila deliveries. Provincial orders are fulfilled by our partners: LBC and 2go.
